Unified Sports

Unified sports joins people with and without disabilities on the same team. It is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experience. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding

Berkley High School offers three Unified Sports

• Soccer
• Basketball
• Bocce

Our students have the opportunity to participate in as many or as little Unified teams as they would like. Our Unified teams play games and match against local teams in Oakland County. For the last two years, we've also had the chance to play a basketball game a Little Caesars Arena.
